Ihre Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent im Bereich IT Sourcing schaffen Sie mit uns gemeinsam die Voraussetzungen, den Mitarbeitern namhafter Unternehmen den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von Unternehmensressourcen zu ermöglichen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

Identifizierung potenzieller Lieferanten und Dienstleister im IT-Bereich
Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Benchmarking-Studien
Unterstützung bei der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von IT-Projekten
Cloud Kosten Management
Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen und Vertragsmanagement
Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und -strategien
Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management

Ihr Profil

Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Internationales Technisches Vertriebsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Sourcing oder Einkauf
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Eigeninitiative und Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen im IT-Umfeld

Your mission

As a student assistant in IT sourcing, you will support our team in procuring IT resources and services. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying potential IT suppliers and service providers
Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies
Assisting in the tendering and awarding of IT projects
Maintaining supplier relationships and contract management
Contributing to the optimization of procurement processes and strategies
Preparing reports and presentations for management

Your profile

Enrollment at a university in the field of business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a related field
Ideally, some experience in IT sourcing or procurement
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to discover a career in consulting
Analytical thinking and structured working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Initiative and interest in new challenges in the IT environment
